After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the company will proceed (after informing you) with:
Replacement and new shipment. The cost of the new shipment will be borne by our company (for the first reshipment only).

Cancellation of your purchase and refund of the amount you paid for it (not the cost of returning it), with a chargeback of the transaction if payment was made by credit card/PayPal or by depositing cash into a bank account you will indicate.
Refunds are not possible for items purchased through eshop.
Return of Defective Products
In cases where, due to proven fault of the steehos.com supplier, you received products of unacceptable quality or due to errors in order taking, invoicing, shipping, damage during transport, poor packaging, etc., then the company assumes full responsibility for replacement, return costs (at which point they will deposit the corresponding amount of expenses into a bank account you indicate), as well as re-shipping costs.
