In case you have any questions or want to place a phone order, you can call 6947072424 from Monday to Friday between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

What are the payment methods?;

During the ordering process, you have the option to choose one of the following payment methods:

Payment via credit, debit, and prepaid cards.

What is the process when the payment method is a bank deposit?;
You can make a deposit at the nearest bank for your order amount or make the deposit via e-banking. In either case, mention your order number in the reason. Then, send the receipt to steehos.shop@gmail.com, highlighting your order number. The order begins once we are informed that the money has been deposited. The deposit must be made within 5 (five business) days from the date of the online order, otherwise, the order will be automatically canceled.

When will I receive my order?;

All orders within Greece are shipped within seven* business days, and to Cyprus and Europe within nine business days. In the case of bank deposit, shipping begins on the day we are notified that the funds have been deposited into the account.

What is the shipping fee?;

For shipments to Athens by courier with home delivery, the shipping cost is €4.00.

For shipments within Greece with Box Now, the shipping cost is €2.0.

For shipments to Cyprus with Box Now, the shipping cost is €8.00.

For shipments within the European Union, the shipping cost is €22.50.

How can I cancel an order that I have completed?;

It should be done immediately by notifying us via email at e-mpoutik@steehos.com or at least by phone at 6927072424.
