Corpus in Latin means body.
This course is an opportunity to strengthen ourselves, develop joint mobility, gain flexibility, and support our bodies, whether in daily movements or if we engage in sports and want to prevent injuries.
The course will include exercises:

🏋️♀️With light weights
Functional Training
Core strengthening and stretching.
